Cancellation Policy
- Must be over 18 unless accompanied by an adult - BYO Beverages Not Permitted, a selection of wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase onsite. - San Telmo Cellars, observes responsible servicing of alcohol as per the NSW Liquor Act 2007. And reserves the right to refuse the entry or remove persons suspected to be under the heavy influence of alcohol or illicit drug Please drink responsibly. Glassware and napkins provided. - No cancellations, but free to reschedule up until 7 days before the class - All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or weather conditions. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy. - In the rare event that the organizer must cancel or reschedule the event, ticket holders will be notified and provided with options, which may include a rescheduled date or a credit for a future event. Refunds will only be issued in the case of a full event cancellation with no rescheduled date.
